By Paul T. Harkenrider (Sodus, NY) | The Outlaw Speedway has moved it’s racing program to this Thursday night, May 12th after seeing a forecast of 80% rain in the future for Friday night. This change does impact the Patriot Sprint Tour schedule.
“We made the decision that it wasn’t in the best interest of the PST racers to tag along with the date change to a Thursday night program on short notice,” said Mike Emhof, PST owner.
Emhof will be working closely with Outlaw Speedway to reschedule the Patriot Sprint Tour event at a later date in the 2016 season.
The Patriot Sprint Tour team does wish Outlaw Speedway the best in the schedule change knowing that rain has been a burden on getting their season started.
The next race for the Patriot Sprint Tour will be this Saturday night at the Woodhull Raceway. Race time is 6:30pm. Evingham Site Excavation presents the 360 series when it rolls out onto the track for action-packed open wheel action.
